Himalayan Salt, known as Himalayan pink salt, is well regarded as one of the highest mineral-complex salts in the world. Sourced exclusively from the Himalayas this is an unrefined salt that has been formed from the primal oceans millions of years ago and remains as pure now as it was then.
Most salt today is drawn from the worlds oceans which have been in contact with humans and their by products.Conversely Himalayan salt predates civilization and it is for this reason that Himalayan salt is as pure today as it was back then.

The shelf life of our salt mixes and peppercorns is 24 months from packing date, while our straight salts will last for 3 years. They should be stored in a cool and dry place away from direct sunlight.
