Answer: Please allow between 3-5 business days depending on your location
Question: How do I receive multiple item order?
Answer: If you order several products, all will be sent in a same package (in most cases).
Question: What happens if I'm not happy about the product/service?
Answer: We guarantee the arrival of the product in under 3-5 business days and the quality of the product.
In case of damaged product, the size of the product doesn't fit the sizing chart or if we sent the wrong size, we will provide a replacement or a refund after seeing a photo proof of the issue (with measurement).
If the wrong size was ordered by the customer, we will offer a free replacement. The buyer will need to cover shipping & handling costs only.
